I have a new love in my life and they are Shrimp and Smoke Trout cakes!! They are a specialty at Flat Iron Rotisserie & Grill. This is a really great dish. This is only one of the meals that they have that you can try that they specialize in that will let you "Taste How the West Was Won" Others are Elk Chops, Rotisserie Roasted Leg of Lamb and Much more.
