In general I love Staples, it has a lot of great products my family uses.
I just don't like shopping at the one in Germantown.
The Staples in Germantown is not the best one I've been in.
The store is small and cramped, and the layout is hard to determine.
I can hardly ever find things there without some assistance.
The staff is not very friendly, and was difficult to deal with during a return with receipt.
The parking is ok, but not as easy as the parking is at Target down the street.
