This restaurant may not offer a wide variety of cuisine; but it does offer a wide variety of strombolis and beer. Basically, their menu consists of appetizers and any flavor of stromboli you can think of. They boast that they technically offer over 1 billion different flavors (combinations of stuffing) boli. I didn't do the math -- but they do offer 30 different items you can choose to stuff your boli with; thus I guess if you make every combo possible using those 30 ingrediants, you'd have a lot of boli flavors to choose from. Enough about quantity, let's talk quality -- and the food here has it! Their bolis are the best I have ever had! Delicious! Prices are very reasonable (which explains why they do such great business with the local college students). Best of all: their amazing selection of 70 of the world's best brews! It can get crowded -- but well worth the wait. Staff is friendly. Definitely a casual college type atmosphere. I love it!
