After a customer support representative took our payment information, we were entertained by several minutes of hold music accompanied by an occasional scream of the horror movie sort. Had we had more at stake on the outcome of this exercise, we might not have been so amused. Geek Squad does offer on-site services, charging $129 to $229 per job, presumably without the music. Have used this service and seems to be very helpful.
