I've dined at Ciatti's Italian restaurant twice before. The first was for my cousin's rehearsal dinner, the second was to show my fiance what a wonderful restaurant it was. Needless to say the experience I had the second time around was NOT wonderful. We had horrible service and I ended up with food poisoning with the seafood lasagna. It tasted great going down, but the second time around was not so pleasant. We did receive a PARTIAL refund, but only after being told by the day time manager the next time that he didn't believe us because he didn't have any other complaints. We were very disappointed in our experience at this restaurant!
