I've never actually eaten at Highlands. After dinner hours it becomes strictly a bar. I used to like it, good prices, good music and several pool tables. They remodeled recently so it's really nice inside but the clientelle is very snobby, in my opinion atleast. I look for laid back in a bar and Highlands is too high strung for me. I don't want to constantly be worried about what I look like, I just want to sit back with friends and have a couple beers.
