I recently purchased a pre-owned Altima. John Choi of Premier Nissan of San Jose contacted me based on the internet pre-approval application I submitted. He didn’t have much to work with since my trade in wasn’t worth much and I had very little cash to add to deposit I told upfront what I could do cash wise and monthly payment I would be comfortable with. I already knew the exact car I wanted as long as it was still on their lot and emailed John the number one pick from their website. Lucky for me it was there and the he walked me immediately over and I was sold.
Once all the finale financial paper work had been completed John demonstrated all the loaded features in the car such as Navigation system and the keyless start.
John as well as the few others staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, understanding patient and excellent customer service.
The entire experience was one of the best car purchases I have had in a long time. Although I’m sure there were other capable employees, I know you’ll have the best experience with your next car purchase if you simply ask for John Choi.
