I took my car to Steve Palmer after Firestone cited some tire ball-bearing issue that would be about $150 to fix. Steve relayed that they was NO problem, and Firestone was just trying to make money. Another time, I had to have a brake line replaced, and Firestone was going to charge $200. Steve Palmer charged $79. It ended up costing him more, but since that's the price he quoted me, that's what he charged me. I've always been able to get either of my vehicles in and out in the same day.... He's great to deal with, and I don't ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of. He even gives me a ride to and from work so that I don't have to hassle with getting a ride either! Genuine nice guy!
