The receptionist in answering the phone asked how she could put a smile on my face. It was after 2:00 P.M. and I really needed a service call today. At first she said it would be tomorrow, but when I explained my situation, she put me on hold, then came back and said she could work it out. (Smile) When the service tech (Rick) showed up and I told him what needed to be done, he could not have been more polite and nderstanding. He was professional and very knowledable and fixed the problem quickly. (Big smile). I worked in a similar service industry for 40 years and these two people would be the kind of employees that I would have hired.
