Do not shop at this video game retailer. This place has horrible customer service. My roommate decided to return his modem for his playstation because it was not working correctly. He rushed to return the game because he only had one day left to do so. He was told by an employee to come back the next day because the manager was not working and he was needed to authorize the return. He went back the next day to return his modem and the manager would not allow him to return because he was a day to late. The manager was unwilling to listen to his story. There are plenty of other places to buy video games and related equipment.
