The people at Summit are pretty easy-going, which can be both a good thing and a bad thing. They don't bother you much, but they can be a bit lazy as well. They tend to get things done when you ask them, but the people at the office are few and sometimes a little incompetant. Use them if you are laid back about your living situation, but not if you are very picky about details.
