Their employees were ready and willing to help me with a home project that I was having trouble with. Their inventory lacks some of the newer things that I would consider essential for a computer store, but its a small place, so I guess they only carry what they feel is needed. The staff was very polite both times I have visited and I was waited on immediately, I never had to wait. I would consider them a good place to buy computer services from.
