My husband are in the throws of buying our first home, and Amy with the Howard Hanna Shadyside office has been a GODSEND. She helped us seamlessly negotiate the offer. We had to get back to the West Coast quickly, so Amy has helped us find inspectors and multiple contractors to give repair estimates in our absence. She has definitely gone above and beyond in this respect and we're so thankful for it - we would have no idea where to begin otherwise!
