My water filter area from my tankless water heater system started to leak so I called Fast Water Heater Company. I wanted to go back to the trusty tank water heater, since I never liked my tankless that was installed 3 years ago. A technician came out the next day. When Matt came to my house, he explained that going back to tank system would be very expensive and difficult since I have direct vent system in my house and the common tank water heater cannot be used in my house. Ones that would fit my house are no longer widely available and very expensive.
Matt was really helpful and kindly and throughly explained all matters with me. After considering money and efforts required for a new tank, we decided to just fix the leak in my water filter area, which Matt did a great job of. No more leaks! We are very impressed with Matt's professionalism.
