California Pizza Kitchen is probably the most unique pizza you will find in a restaurant. They serve individual (although plenty to take home for leftovers) pizzas that have interesting topping combinations. My personal favorite is the tostada pizza. Instead of using tomato-based pizza sauce, there is a layer of black beans, then Mexican cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and tortilla strips. The cheesy foccacia bread is yummy too, served with a chunky bruschetta-like topping. And for dessert, the tiramisu is surprisingly good. Don't try the normal types of pizza - branch out and order something unique, and if you don't like it, they'll make you something else free!
