the best instruments in the world come through here 11/17/2006

The G. Leblanc factory in Kenosha is where Leblanc clarinets, Yanagisawa saxophones, Selmer Saxophones and more instruments get assembled in the US. The base components come from France (Selmer, LeBlanc) or Japan. Through a contact, I recently selected a lovely LeBlanc Concerto II clarinet there a few weeks ago, which I bought through a dealer. I also own two Yanagisawa saxophones, a curved soprano sax and sopranino sax, which play great. While there, I also tried other LeBlanc clarinet models, Rapsodie ($799 street price), Sonata ($1150), and Cadenza (~1500), all of which played great. i recommend their clarinets and saxophones.
