This is a fantastic little hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Sugarland Crossing in Sterling. Their main dish is chicken. It's served up as either a quarter, half, or whole chicken, and you get your choice of sides: fries, rice, salad, or jicama. Prices are surprisingly cheap, with the average meal costing only $6.99. The place is always full of latinos, which I take to mean it's authentic cuisine!
