I tried to evaluate this vendor for my wedding, based on a recommendation from a friend, but I found it very hard to work with them. I contacted them several times, and each time they said that they would send me a proposal and more information. I called them several times, yet never got the information they promised. It turned out fine in the end, since their prices are really high. But it's very poor customer service to not give you information they promised you!
