We used Virginia Settlement Group when we sold our old house and bought our new one. They really made the process easy to go through. They just told us where to sign, and we did. They got us our check pretty quickly, too. It only took a couple of days to have the money wired. The only problem I had was that they charged us $35 for the wire transfer and balked when we said we'd rather have a live check.
