I've been going to them for 10 years or so without any problems, but recently they're been charging me for phantom overdrafts. They returned my money, but without an appology and try and make it like it's my fault. I've seen other complaints like these about them which makes me suspect of them. Another problem is that they haven't fixed a storm damaged drive thru for over a year. I thought banks had all the money in the world?
