I love Taco John's. My daughter and I were so happy when they opened the location in Blue Springs. They have the most wonderful taco burgers. It is seasoned taco meat on a steamed bun topped with cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. They have great burritos, nachos, and combination plates. They also have a breakfast menu consisting of breakfast burritos as well as French toast.
