I like Lenscrafters customer service. I have had my glasses repaired by them while I wait several times at no charge. There always friendly about it and make suggestions as to what could have caused the problem and what type to purchase in the future. They offer coupons all the time to help to deter the cost and they are conveniently located in the mall by Marshall Fields.
