This restaurant started in Nampa as Louie's and the transition to Noodles has always been a disappointment. The food has just never been as good. Perhaps if I didn't always expect Louie's quality food there, I'd be happier.
On a good note, they do a good job with groups here. They handle everything from business dinners to rehearsal dinners to wakes and they do well. So despite the fact it isn't the first place I consider for a dinner out, it is one of the first place I think of for feeding a large group of people.
