I knew I wanted to switch to a Mac for my new computer, but I didn't speak fluent Mac lingo. The folks here helped me to understand what I needed and did their best to translate concepts to my PC-acclimated mind. They didn't make me feel stupid and they took their time to explain things to me, even when their first explanations met with a puzzled stare. I could have purchased a Macintosh for a bit less online, but it was worth it to me to talk to a real person and I'm sure I ended up making better decisions and therefore spending my money more wisely. I very highly recommend this store!
