We have been with T-mobile for a LONG time. At one point a couple of years ago, we thought we would get better coverage with Sprint and decided to switch but quickly found out how wrong we were. T-mobile let us switch back to our same plan even though it was a discontinued plan with grandfather clauses. Their cs over the phone is awesome, the in-store reps are not so great. I love my phone and I get a new upgraded phone for free every 12 months if I renew my contract. I love that feature. I think their prices are great and we've had a superb experience with them!
