We were on the hunt for a beach house in Pirates Beach and a very close friend referred us to Carol Miller. She had helped them with their home purchase in Pirates Beach. Carol was awesome. From the first day when we had her looking at about 8 beach homes to research and see if they would fit our criteria. She not only showed us each house, but also gave us insight as to the positive and negative concerns with each house. None of us had prior experience with a beach home so Carol’s guidance was very helpful. She was not only knowledgeable of the homes in Pirates Beach but also of homes in other communities in Galveston’s west end. She was always prompt and cheerful every time we saw her. She listened to our constant barrage of questions and concerns during the entire search, bid, contract and close process on our home via email or phone call. And she always had an answer that put us at ease throughout the entire process. Carol was with us at closing where we had a great time…yes FUN at closing!
We now consider Carol a friend and neighbor and are very fortunate to have been able to work with her.
