I bought a doll for my daughter for American Girl for Christmas. Well the 1st of March the hair started coming out I emailed them and the told me to call. I really dreaded doing that. I called and they told me how sorry they were and I could get my money back or another doll. I chose the doll. They mailed out the other doll and sent a return label and I received the doll and then was able to return the other one . My little girl was never without her doll. I was very impressed with how they handled it. I will tell everyone I know about there excellent service.
