Ross is truly a hit or miss store. You never know when you walk in if you will find a great deal or not. I do find that on average I can find better deals at the store if I look for sales. But, if you check out their clearance you can usually find a great deal. I’ve even bought maternity pants there for $4, that made it through the whole 9 months. The store is usually organized fairly well and kept clean. Employees are semi-helpful.
