My family has been patients of Dr. Stevens for many years. I like him, but have had repeated billing issues with the office staff. I received a nasty collection letter advising me that I was "unwilling" to pay my 90 days past due balance of $265 and they would be taking more "aggressive" action. In fact, I had never been billed for the amounts previously and no insurance claims had been filed. My actual balance after the insurance claims were filed - $0. We are changing dentists for this reason.
