I had read some negative comments about Fairfax BMW, so I was skeptical. However, I was very, very pleased with my servicing. From the time I drove into the bay, to the time I got my 328i back, the quality of service and attention to detail was constant. I can't speak about the pricing issue, however I will say that I had a few minor problems with my car that were clearly not warrenty related. They fixed all the problems, no questions and no payment asked. I strongly recommed them.
