I have done all my banking at St Francis, Muskego location for 10 years. I am satisfied with the bank itself. The service at the Muskego location is fast. Their employee turn over is huge. I do my banking about 2 times a month. Every time I go, there are new employees and one or two old employees. The new employees are always being trained. It is difficult to call the bank directly. The number listed in the phone book is the direct Milwaukee number.
The lobby is clean, decorated nice and welcoming. The parking is very close to the door. Some times there is not enough parking.
