Carolina Brewery is a cool place to eat on Franklin Street, but I think my favorite thing is their beer sampler. Around 5-6 shots of beer, from light to dark, come in a paddle, so for a few bucks, you can test out all their beers and not get stuck with something you really don't like! Plus, they have special seasonal beers around holidays!
