This company refused to pay the full amount of my claim. Their insured driver was not paying attention and ran into me when I stopped at an intersection to allow an ambulance to pass. He was fully at fault but Safeway paid less than 75% of the claim saying I was partially at fault. Don't deal with them if you don't have to.
