I called American Coachways for a charter bus rental for my daughters wedding. Everything went smoothly and we were set to go. It wasn't until the day before that I realized that I booked the wrong date! After becoming frantic I called them hoping for a miracle. 30 minutes later I had a bus for the right day! They were so understanding on the phone and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, when I needed it. I will never live this down but at least all ended well!
