Kanki is an awesome Japanese restaurant located right off of 15-501. If you have never eaten in here before, you're in for a treat. The chefs will prepare your meal in front of you (unless you order the tempura - but at least you still get to watch) and perform tricks in order to ooh and aah the diners. The food is good, but not excellent. The entertainment makes up for it, though.
