As a student at Kansas State, I am on a budget. My roomates and I opted to spend extra to get HD channels, DVR, and HBO. I couldn't be more disappointed in what we received for our money. Our HBO on Demand work about 10% of the time, the rest of the time all we get is "We are unable to fulfill your request at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience."
