I LOVE Target for their great selection and unique items, but the sales staff is often horrible here. The floor people seem always too busy to help, the cashiers are mostly friendly but slow or too talkative, and finding staff to help out is tough at times. The prices & store make up for that most of the time but sometimes I leave feeling disspointed in the staff. They also have this weird policy that when an item gets reduced several times it gets taken off the floor & sent back to corporate. That is fine, but if I find an item I want and it has already been "marked" for return I can't buy it at any price which aggrivates me. I know for a fact that other Targets honor the last marked down price.
