Yamamori restaurant in Scotts Valley is great! I'm not a big sushi fan, but my co-workers definitely rate it as being very good. I particularly enjoy the bento box lunches with 2 choices (I usually get the beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki - delicious!). Combined with soup, salad and rice, it's a very filling lunch for a good price.
The atmosphere is nice - a big open space with lots of tables, so no waiting. Staff are very professional, but friendly and willing to explain if you need help with the menu!
We go there often for lunch - never had a bad experience!
