SoCo used to be one of my favorite coffee places. They had great ambience wondeful coffee and a wide selection of excellent coffee drinks. They served sandwiches that are made right there and soup. I used to go here on my work breaks and after work too, because I just loved the place so much. Then, their drinks started tasting not so great, especially the smoothies which went from being fresh fruit tastiness to flavored syrup yukiness overnight. The service became quite poor - they will commonly give you the wrong drink. The sandwiches got less exciting, less filling and they won't even make you a sandwich most of the time. The bathroom sort of became a mess and on the whole the place just lost its feeling. They also stopped being open late at night, which was a big dissappointment for me - after I got out of the movies my husband and I would walk over there an discover they were closed! They have fired a lot of their better people and replaced them with people who don't know what they are doing. Really not what it used to be.
