I have stopped going to Riley Street for the most part just due to the rudeness of most of the staff. There are a few nice, knowledgable people there but mostly you get stuck up high schoolers who think they are Van Gogh incarnant. I have been followed once or twice, and once or twice was very rudely told to leave when it got near closing time. If I go there again I will try my hardest not to ask where anything is because I know that chances are I will get a smarmy little teenager who will mouth off at me and tell me how stupid I am. No thanks. Montgomery Village's art store is much more friendly and inviting.
