My car was unfortunately in an accident (parked on Madison, I wasn't even in the car at the time) and I was directed by the insurance company that this was an approved place to go and was the closest to me. Since they were paying, I hoped that this was also a good place to get work done, but I had no idea.
I was also upset that I had to go through all sorts of hoops for something that wasn't my fault, but aurora collison made it super easy to deal with and even got me the rental car right there.
In the end, they did a great job on my car and they made the process super easy to deal with. I was very happy overall. There seemed to be a lot of people there everytime that I was there, so I assume it has a good reputation.
