This has to be my favorite pizza locally. I love the thin, crispy crust and the fresh mushrooms. My ideal pizza allows one to cut a piece and not have the cheese topping slide off the crust and Rosati's has accomplished this. Their veggie pizza has wonderful fresh veggies, (tomatoes and green peppers and onions) that are crisp and tasty. The crust gets a bit soggy after a half an hour so eat it quick when it comes!
