Okay, this guy goes from 4 stars to 5 stars.
I needed my battery terminals replaced, they were corroded, and really rotten. didn't want to attempt it at the house, even if I was having a day where I felt like doing it. I am afraid my days of timkering with cars (which I love) are over, healthwise
and my temperature guage has not worked since I got the car in april.
I called ron, and he asked me to bring the car in, and give him a couple hours to work on it.
I took it in on a wednesday, and picked it up thursday morning
the battery cables are shiny, and the temp guage works..... he had to replace the sending unit
the price was very reasonable.... $63.65
this is the first time I have taken a car in, and had work done on it for under $100 in probably 20 years.
antifreeze good and green. cooler weather is coming..... I think my car is ready.
the battery itself says JUNE 2002........ I will probably be writing a new battery review within the next 6 months :)
once they are past 4 years old, you are on borrowed time..... and a car is like a woman.... on a really cold morning........ they won't turn over.....
