I went to the Red Robin in downtown Spokane and I must say the service sucked. I understand that they get busy so I don't mind wait times. WHere my problem was is that two or three tables sat down and ordered after me and surprise, they some how managed to get there food before me! So I went to the manager and he did nothing! Said they were busy. Well DUH!. I already knew that. My advice, only go there when their not busy. Otherwise they can't handle it!
