This is a pretty cool little restaurant in McAllen that draws a yuppie like crowd. The walls are usually drenched with local artists work that is available for purchase. Most of their menu items are supposed to be "healthy" foods. They are known for their flat bread so if you go you MUST get their flat bread appetizer and artichoke dip, its the best! They also have a really good chilli.
The service is usually incredibly slow but worth the wait just don't go on a lunch break because it will take more than an hour.
I usually go and tolerate the slow service because the food is sooo good, I just hate having to track down waitstaff for the check.
