I love Fat Dadd'ys!! I have always driven by Fat Daddy's on trips to Progress but I never stopped in until one day my grandmother demanded we stop and get some BBQ.
The BBQ in the valley is usually a bit different than what I am used to from the Midwest but this restaurant reminds me of the BBQ from home. They use the best BBQ sauce in the valley and their fries are delicious. Their patrons are a mix of winter Texans and locals.
Their prices are typical of going to a chain restaurant such as Applebee's or Chili's. If you like BBQ and live in the Valley, Fat Daddy's is the place to go even if it is a drive....it will be worth it.
