I'm new to the Chapel Hill area and Performance BMW. I absolutely loved my BMW dealership and service department in Florida so Performance BMW had big shoes to fill. And they did! The customer serivice was top notch from appointment set up all the way through to the pick up of my car. JP in the service department was fantastic and kept me informed every step of the way as they performed the trouble shooting of my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner, it's just like new and I am a happy camper! Also, kudos to the auto detailing guys as they also did a great job cleaning my car inside and out. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and look forward to buying my next BMW here.
