The food at Carrabba's is good, if a little Americanized, but they still have quite a few dishes with a traditional Italian flavor. The salmon is always excellent. My biggest complaint is the price. The portions are comaprable to other restaurants, but the prices are usually at least little higher. There is also typically an extremely long wait. This is a good restaurant for making reservations for special occasions.
