It has been a while since I have eaten at Buffalo Philly's, even though their food is great. The service is just so frustratingly bad that I have chosen other restaurants. The main problem is that in all of the times I have gone there, the person at the cash register taking orders has not been able to speak English well enough to do her job. This leads to a lot of problems, which are difficult to resolve, and makes it nearly impossible to order something slightly altered (without sauce or with extra cheese, etc). I ave even received completely the wrong order, but the lady who was working simply did not understand what was wrong with the food when I brought it back.
