I took my car to this shop because it was recommended to me and since I was new to the area I didn't know anything about the local auto repair shops. The owner of the shop is down to earth, friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the service I received. Not only was my car fixed properly and affordably the customer service was outstanding. They worked with me to save me as much money as possible on parts and labor. I was given thorough explanations as to what was wrong with my car and how it would be fixed. The owner, Gerald spoke with me at length about his recommendations and the things I should get fixed. He was great at helping me to save money and prioritized the work that needed to be done since I could only afford to fix what was critical at the time. He was honest and very helpful. He was genuinely trying to help me and even worked out a payment plan that would work better for me than paying all at once, even though it really wasn't a lot of money, it was Christmastime and he suggested the payment plan to help me out. He has integrity and I will take my car nowhere else! Good honest quality service deserves loyalty and they have mine. I recommend this business to anyone and everyone.
